  Half the train was empty, it wasn't that busy and they took at least 5 minutes to come and ask if we want a drink... Not worth it at all

  This used to be my go to sushi train with my boyfriend. Since Returning I am highly disappointed. It always seems to be that the sushi train is running but not the kitchen or the kitchen with no sushi on the sushi train. The staff there also seem to not care whether you are served or not and would rather be on there phones or talking. Will not be returning here.

  Called up on Wed for an order to be picked up on Friday 8am.
  
  Rocked up on Friday and the lady was late in letting me in, asked me to wait while she got changed.. and guess what - the order wasn't even done.
  
  Very unprofessional.
